You may cancel any enrollment for full credit until the day before
the start date. Cancellation is done on-line, and the amount credited for the program will
appear on your on-line Account. Any credit amount on your on-line account may be applied
to pay for another program, or it may be refunded. We will always refund credits, but for most
refunds there is a 6 percent fee to cover our costs. If your child needs to drop out of a
program that has already started, please contact us to arrange for a partial credit.
